My friend and I went shopping in Georgetown after lunch. During the dinner time, we walked by Kungfu Tea store. So we decided to have a cup of bubble milk tea. However, the bubbles are made from cassava starch which is easy to make people full. So, rather than going to a restaurant to have a main meal, I went back home and only ate a 2% yogurt with peach as dinner. The nutrient intake of this meal was 460kcal calories, 66g carbs, 17g fat, 13g protein, 74mg sodium, and 20g sugar.

Sep. 15 Lunch- Thai drunken noodles

This morning, I studied with my Thai friend together. She mentioned that there was a delicious Thai restaurant in Georgetown. So, after study, we went there together to have lunch. I ordered drunken noodles with beef and a cup of unsweetened Thai iced tea. The nutrient intake of this meal was 459kcal calories, 48g carbs, 7g fat, 11g protein, 414mg sodium, and 15g sugar.

My roommate made some unsweetened soy milk. So, soy milk became my breakfast today. Also, September is a Chinese traditional fall festival. In fall festival, mooncake is a traditional snack for Chinese people. I ate 1/2 custard mooncake which was made by a Chinese leading food & beverage company called Meixin. The nutrient intake of this meal was 115kcal calories, 11g carbs, 5g fat, 7g protein, 75mg sodium, and 4g sugar.

Sep. 14 dinner- shrimp bibimbap

I spent my entire afternoon in the AU library. So I chose an on-campus restaurant to have my dinner. I ate this shrimp bibimbap at Global Fresh. This shrimp bibimbap contained seared marinated shrimp, roasted shiitake mushrooms, kimchi, and water chestnuts, topped with a fried egg. I could not find the same meal on MyFitnessPal.com but the nutrient information of Ktown bibimbap is similar to that of Global Fresh provided. So, the nutrient intake of this meal was about 420kcal calories, 76g carbs, 8g fat, 9g protein, 1450mg sodium, and 19g sugar.

 

Sep. 14 Lunch- bbq chicken flatbreak

After finishing my classes, I met my friend on campus. Then, she wanted to have a Panera onion soup and she highly recommended me to try. So, I went to Panera with her and ordered a BBQ chicken flatbread, an onion soup, and an apple. The BBQ chicken flatbread was very tasty. However, I did not really like the taste of this onion soup. So I only finished 1/2 of the soup. Also, I leave the apple as a snack in the afternoon. The nutrient intake of this meal was 515kcal calories, 64g carbs, 21g fat, 15g protein, 1516mg sodium, and 26g sugar.

After watching a horror movie, I was very uncomfortable and did not want to eat. So, my dinner was only three buffalo chicken wings (without sauce), which were from a small grocery in my apartment building. Then, I also ate about 0.25 cup (85g) organic blueberries. The nutrient intake of this meal was 169kcal calories, 5g carbs, 10g fat, 13g protein, 38mg sodium, and 4g sugar.

On the weekday I usually have lunch on campus. Today I had a beef bibimbap in a school restaurant called Asian Flavors. This beef bibimbap contained egg, beef, radish, eggplant, cucumber, lettuce, onion, soybean sprouts, sesame, and white rice. I usually add hot sauce to it, but I did not today because this beef was a little bit spicy. The nutrient intake of this meal were 638kcal calories, 88g carbs, 20g fat, 24 protein, 376mg sodium, and 2g sugar.

Milk and eggs are my regular breakfast. Sometimes I eat some fruit or snack to get energy for my classes on the weekday morning. So I added a pie today. Today, my breakfast was one whole egg, one cup (250mL) of 2% milk and a matcha choco pie. Therefore, the nutrient intake of this meal was 368kcal calories, 14g carbs, 10g fat, 14g protein, 200mg sodium, and 12g sugar.
