



After finishing my classes, I met my friend on campus. Then, she wanted to have a Panera onion soup and she highly recommended me to try. So, I went to Panera with her and ordered a BBQ chicken flatbread, an onion soup, and an apple. The BBQ chicken flatbread was very tasty. However, I did not really like the taste of this onion soup. So I only finished 1/2 of the soup. Also, I leave the apple as a snack in the afternoon. The nutrient intake of this meal was 515kcal calories, 64g carbs, 21g fat, 15g protein, 1516mg sodium, and 26g sugar.
