Similar to my breakfast on Sep.13, breakfast today was still one cup of (250mL) 2% milk with about 53g honey almond flax and one whole egg. The nutrient intake of this meal was 410kcal calories, 48g carbs, 15g fat, 24g protein, 340mg sodium, and 24g sugar.
