I spent my entire afternoon in the AU library. So I chose an on-campus restaurant to have my dinner. I ate this shrimp bibimbap at Global Fresh. This shrimp bibimbap contained seared marinated shrimp, roasted shiitake mushrooms, kimchi, and water chestnuts, topped with a fried egg. I could not find the same meal on MyFitnessPal.com but the nutrient information of Ktown bibimbap is similar to that of Global Fresh provided. So, the nutrient intake of this meal was about 420kcal calories, 76g carbs, 8g fat, 9g protein, 1450mg sodium, and 19g sugar.
