Milk and eggs are my regular breakfast. Sometimes I eat some fruit or snack to get energy for my classes on the weekday morning. So I added a pie today. Today, my breakfast was one whole egg, one cup (250mL) of 2% milk and a matcha choco pie. Therefore, the nutrient intake of this meal was 368kcal calories, 14g carbs, 10g fat, 14g protein, 200mg sodium, and 12g sugar.
